Information collected via the website

When you submit the contact form your name, email address, optional phone number and message are processed.

The content is delivered as a regular email straight to Sara's inbox via the email service Resend. No extra copy is stored in the website's database.

The form is not intended for sensitive health data. Please avoid detailed information about how you are feeling or your situation in the first message.

Purpose and legal basis

When you contact the practice via the form, your information is processed in order to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request prior to a possible booking or agreement. The processing is based on steps taken prior to entering into a contract in accordance with GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

Consent is used separately for non-essential cookies, external content, any statistics and future marketing.

Technical logs necessary for security, troubleshooting and operations are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in accordance with GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

Data processors

To receive your message, the following providers are used:

• Resend — used to deliver the form content as an email to Sara.

• Our hosting provider — runs the server that receives the form submission before it is forwarded. No permanent copy of the message is stored in the website's database.

• Google LLC — loads the map on the contact page only if you accept the External content category in the cookie banner.

Written data processing agreements shall be in place with all active processors. This is confirmed separately before launch.

Retention

Contact enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted from Sara's email inbox no later than three months after the most recent contact.

If the contact leads to a booking or treatment, necessary information is subsequently handled in the appropriate system. The original contact message is deleted from the email inbox no later than three months after the matter has been handled or the information has been transferred.

The contact form does not store any messages in the website's database.

Sensitive information

Please avoid writing personal identity numbers, information about diagnoses, health or other sensitive personal circumstances in the form. If needed, Sara will get back to you with information about a more suitable contact channel.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Google Maps and any future Google services may involve transfer to the United States. These are only loaded if you consent through the cookie banner. Google is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which serves as the safeguard used.

Other providers are primarily used with storage within the EU/EEA.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

Google Analytics and Google Ads are not currently active on the site.

If they are activated they will only start if you accept the Statistics and Marketing categories respectively. Google Consent Mode v2 is used with denied default values.

No data from the contact form is sent to Google.

Kaddio and external links

In time, booking will be handled via Kaddio, a Swedish journal and booking system for healthcare providers. When booking is enabled, separate information about Kaddio's data processing will be provided where booking takes place.

External links (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Maps) lead to services that have their own privacy policies.
